I think humanity in general strives to live in peace, yet many of our actions are often counterproductive to reaching this elusive goal. It seems like such a simple request, so easy to accomplish, but life is complicated. You may feel that you have explored all options and possible solutions and don’t know where to turn next. Maybe there are relationships at work or home that are a part of the equation. Possibly you are experiencing an internal struggle in which your feelings or thoughts are the barriers to you living a happier, more peaceful life.
